1. Understand How The Mind Works: The subconscious mind is the “fuel” that drives the car. Most books have been derived from the Bible anyway.

You can “trick or program” your Mind into thinking and believing anything you tell it to.

2. Repetition is key.. Most successful people state their goals daily out loud. Yes, they talk to themselves. Remeber how we were told just don’t answer yourself back. (smile) My kids laugh at me now as I walk through the house talking to myself. They don’t understand that I am programming my mind & our future for success.

3. Use words to get where you want to go… You can speak your world into existence by keeping your words in present tense. Example: I have an extra $1500 dollars per month in my bank account. You can speak this to yourself each day out loud. Just let your family know you are working on their future, this will keep them from thinking you are going nuts. (smile)

4. Make sure the goal is realistic. Most of us would like more than $1500 dollars, but as you are programming your mind you must believe in faith & something that is reachable which is more realistic at the begining $1500 or $10,000. As your faith builds then you increase the goal since then you already have proof that $1500 was attainable. Now your subconscious mind will believe you & begin to guide you to more increase.

5. This only works if you don’t concentrate on your lack & begin to be in the present with what you are desiring from your life. The best time to do this training is right before bed at night & first thing morning when you wake up. You should keep a journal by your bed & write your goals down at night then recite them to yourself right before you go to sleep.

Tip: I find this most benefical when I am surrounded by people who are supporting me. Most of the time this is not the case for many of us.

What do you do if your environment doesn’t support you?

You make a choice to do it anyway because you deserve it. And you locate people,places & things that will support you on your way. And when they show up you pull them closer to you, this will help redefine your faith & make what you desire appear faster.
